Shipping policy

We normally ship items within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment.

Items customized at the customer's request, including ring-size adjustments or main-stone replacements, will normally be shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.

14k gold items will normally be shipped within 15 days after receiving payment.

Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 14–21 business days. Shipping may take longer around holidays, including Christmas, Passover, and local holidays, due to increased shipping volumes.

Packages are sent through courier companies selected by S.D Jewelry for safe delivery.

Shipping and handling fees are included in the shipping fee displayed to you. Any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries must be made to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, except where applicable to APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

S.D Jewelry will not be responsible for an order that is lost because incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, S.D Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery.
